Availability Calendar

I Don’t Understand the Calendar?
The calendar shows availability for my Primary Vendors (Photographer, Officiant, Videographer, & Stylist). Green/yellow means they are available, and red means they are not. My Secondary Vendors (Florist, Bakery, Dining, Etc.) are always available.

Stylist Not Available?
If my stylist isn’t available for your date, I can still provide local salon recommendations!

Best Weather & Seasons?
We do weddings outside all year around!
Generally speaking Mid-June to Mid-October is the “Peak Wedding Season” with generally comfortable outdoor weather. December - March is the winter season for couples looking for snowy weddings. As your planner I’ll help you pick the best fit!

Photographer Styles

I suggest “True Color,” unless you are absolutely in love with the “Dark & Moody” vibes.
Most of my photographers, and most of the photos on my site, are True Color. This style tends to be more consistent and timeless.

I’ll assign a photographer based on your preferences, and if they aren’t a good fit, I’ll help find an alternative!
