Coordinator Vs. Planner

I work exclusively as a remote wedding planner. First, I help couples plan their day, figuring out the best date/time, and providing resources and suggestions for the perfect ceremony and reception locations. Then, I connect them with the vendors (photography, officiant, etc.), ensuring availability and the best possible rates. I also coordinate with both the couple and vendors, to make sure everyone understands the where/when logistics of the day.

I also provide dining, lodging, permit, and marriage license information.

After that, the primary components of the day are in place, and my planning service is complete! The vendors will start working directly with the couple to prepare their specific services for the day, and they'll be the ones to lead the charge on the day of the wedding to make sure the ceremony runs smooth (primarily the photographer & officiant).

Of course, I’m still ALWAYS available to answer questions and assist in any way that I can!

For 90% of my couples, my planning service, and the help of my awesome vendors, is all the professional help needed for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day :)

Remote & Day-Of Coordinator
From figuring out decoration options to creating a day-of timeline, the coordinator remotely works one-on-one with you, leading up to your wedding day, to help ensure all of the day’s little details are in order. The coordinator will also be there for the day of the wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly, and help out however they can.
