Rocky Mountain National Park Wedding Availability Request Form
(2026 is filling up fast! No permits left for June, September, or October)
The Steps:
Fill out the form below, with your desired: Date, Time, and Ceremony Location.
I’ll check with the park to see if they have availability.
If yes—you can hire me on (paying my planning fee + the park permit fee).
I’ll then connect you with your desired vendors (photographer, officiant, etc.) and you’ll pay 50% of their total costs to reserve them for your date, with the remaining amount paid 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding.
If you haven’t seen my RMNP Elopement Package pricing yet, check out this page.
Ceremony Locations:
”3M Curve” - #1 pick for groups with 12 or less guests as it has dynamic views and the least people in the area.
”Lily Lake Picnic” - #1 pick for larger groups as it still has very nice views, and sits off the main trail for a bit of privacy.
”Sprague Lake” - Beautiful spot! But tends to have a TON of people around, except at sunrise.
”Moraine Park Amphitheater” - Is the only spot with truce privacy and seating, very comfortable for large groups (and we can go elsewhere to do more photos after). This location has a two hour photography minimum, but this gives enough time to drive to a spot nearby after the ceremony, to get portraits with mountain views.
Other Options - the park has a few other options that I strongly discourage based on their traffic and/or conditions.
Click here to see the choices in more detail.
Max Group Sizes:
The Park has strict max group sizes
This includes ALL human beings, including my vendors, the two of you, and your guests.

Lily Lake Dock - max 10
Lily Lake Picnic Area - max 30
Moraine Amphitheater - max 30
Upper Beaver Meadows - max 30
Sprague Lake - max 15 summer | max 30 winter
Summer = Friday before Memorial Day weekend through 2nd Tuesday of October
Ceremony Time
Enter “Sunrise” or “Sunset” and I’ll pick the optimal time to get the best lighting for photos.
Any other time of the day, photo quality will be significantly worse.
Ceremony Date
Always do Monday-Thursday when possible to have less crowds.
You can’t go wrong during the summer months from mid-June through mid-September! If you’re looking for fall vibes, the last week of September and first week of October are your best chance for chance to catch the Aspens changing colors. Late October, November, and May are sort of the “shoulder” season, where weather is difficult to predict, and tourist traffic slows down. December - April is the true winter months, it’s a beautiful time of year, but expect limited lodging and dining options as the town tends to hibernate a bit.
Permit Pricing
The RMNP wedding permit is $300 if you book directly with the, by using my services, I get you the permit for $250. On the day of the wedding, when you enter the park, you will still pay the $30 per vehicle cost (for you and your guests, not my vendors).
Non-US Resident?
RMNP has a new fee of $100 per person entering the park for non-US residents. More info here
