-
Remote planning & coordinating of the Primary Vendors listed below
- Access to exclusive packages and discounts
- Coordination of the where/when logistics of the day

- Guidance with acquiring permits and marriage license

Primary Vendors

Coordinating these vendors is the biggest aspect of my planning service! All of these Primary Vendors are hand-picked for their professionalism and skill, and offer my coupleโ€™s these exclusive discount packages.

  • 0 - 6 Guests - $300
    6 - 35 Guests - $350
    35+ Guests (with Coordinator) - $400

    35+ Guests (without Coordinator) - $500
Professional officiant to write/perform your ceremony, fill out the marriage license, and make your day awesome!

    My Officiants...
I work with a small hand-picked group of officiants who specialize in small weddings, and offer both religious and secular ceremony services. While most of my officiants lean toward a contemporary "up-beat" style, they all offer 100% customized services and work 1-on-1 with you to personalize your ceremony! Youโ€™ll get to choose between a male or female officiant.

    Not legally required in Colorado!
I can provide all legal/practical information for you to "Self-Officiate"โ€”or I can teach your friend/family member how to lead the ceremony! My photographers work regularly with both cases, so they will help setup the ceremony and make sure everything runs smooth :)

    10+ Guests?
Reminder! you are required to use either my Officiant or Ceremony Assistant (info below).

    Pastors
All of my officiants are legally ordained ministers, and all of them are happy to incorporate religious elements into the ceremony upon request. However, I don't have any officiants on my team who are active Pastors. If you are looking for a more traditionally religious experience, youโ€™ll want to reach out to your local denomination church to see if they have someone available.

  • 1.5 Hours - $600
This package is used by 90% of my couples!
Plenty of time to cover the first look, ceremony, group pics, and the coupleโ€™s portrait session!
Minimum of 100 edited digital images delivered within a max of 6 weeks.

    1 Hour - $500
Great for groups with few guests, who aren't big on photos :)
Minimum of 75 edited digital images delivered within a max of 6 weeks.
***The 1 hour package is only available Mon-Thurs for groups of 6 or less guests.***

    - - -

    Add-On โ€œGetting Readyโ€ + $350
Add-on 1 hour of getting ready coverage at your lodging (also covers up to 30mins of travel time to the ceremony site, additional travel is +$50 per hour).

    Add-On โ€œExtra 30minsโ€ +$175
Rarely needed, and rarely recommended, but some couples ask for it, so we offer it!

    - - -

    4 Hours - $1500
95% of our couples are smaller groups who use the package combos above, or are larger groups who use the full-day packages below, but in some cases for groups with 50 or less guests doing a more traditional reception, the 4 hour can work well to get some reception coverage!

    6 Hours - $2,200 | 8 Hours - $2,900
Only recommended for groups with 40+ guests that are having a traditional reception.

All packages include high resolution digital copies of your edited images delivered to your email within a max of 6 weeks.

    My Photographersโ€ฆ
I work with a small hand-picked team of professional wedding photographers who specialize in small outdoor weddingsโ€”all of the photos on my website and Instagram are representative of their work!

Iโ€™ll make sure you get a photographer that you love!
    Youโ€™ll get to choose between โ€œTrue Colorโ€ & โ€œDark & Moodyโ€ (examples).

  • Simple Bridal Bouquet - $100 + Tax
    Full Bouquet - $180 + Tax
    Bridesmaids - $100/per + Tax
    Boutonniรจre - $30 + Tax
These prices are for my personally designed arrangements (see them here). You can also do a custom design! Custom design pricing will vary, and are not available for weddings less than 3 months out.

Delivery +$40 (not available for decorative arrangements)
    Pickup - FREE!
Pickup in: Boulder, Denver, or Colorado Springs.

    My Floristsโ€ฆ
Iโ€™ve worked with the same three florists for years, they are highly rated and do awesome work!

    Throwing Stuffโ€ฆ
Throwing flower petals (or anything else) down the aisle is generally not allowed outdoors in Colorado. Having the flower girls blow bubbles can be a fun environmentally friendly alternative!

  • Bridal Hair & Makeup - $400
Bridal Hair OR Makeup - $200
    Bridesmaids/Family - $200/per
    Pre-Ceremony Trial - $175

***My traveling stylists have travel fees 30$ higher than other vendors, and are NOT available for morning weddings.***

Traveling hair and makeup stylists who are reliable are hard to find, ones who are willing to work with small weddings are even harder to find. I work with one of the highest rated wedding stylists in the state, weโ€™ve done hundreds of weddings together, and she does a great job!

But even with my discounts, traveling hair and makeup services can get expensive. For this reason, many of my couples who are staying near a town opt for a local salon instead.
Iโ€™ll provide recommendations for: Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, and Estes park (this town has the least options, and is most expensive).

    My Stylistsโ€ฆ
My stylists provide on-site services wherever youโ€™re staying! I work with one of the top rated wedding-stylist companies in the state, she has a dozen different stylists, and will match you based on your style and preferences!

  • 1.5 Hours - $600
This package is used by 90% of my couples!
Videography coverage for the: ceremony, group shots, and portrait session. Edited into a 2-3min Cinematic Highlight video.

    1 Hour - $500
Same service as the 1.5 hour, but for small groups who want to keep things short and simple!
***The 1 hour package is only available Mon-Thurs for groups of 6 or less guests.***

    Add-On โ€œGetting Readyโ€ + $350
Add-on 1 hour of getting ready coverage (also covers up to 30mins of travel time to the ceremony site).

    Add-on โ€œCeremony Videoโ€ +$100
    Add-on an uncut โ€œceremony onlyโ€ video.

    6 Hours - $2,200 | 8 Hours - $2,800
Best for groups with 40+ guests planning a traditional reception. Footage edited into a 5min cinematic highlight w/ music + โ€œceremony-onlyโ€ video.

All videos are delivered within a max of 6 weeks (in some cases it may be +2 more weeks for Sep/Oct weddings).

    My Videographersโ€ฆ
I work with a small hand-picked team of professional wedding videographers who specialize in small outdoor weddings!

It is recommended that you hire a professional "Day-of Coordinator" to be onsite for the entirety of the event, and assist with coordinating the reception.
My Coordinator is $2,000 + Travel, but you can also secure one on your own!
(If my photographer/videographer are going to be onsite for the reception, a DOC is required)

  • Travel fees are paid PER vendor, and apply to the: Officiant, Photographer, Videographer, and Stylist.

    Denver - Free
    Boulder - $50
    Estes Park - $135
    Breckenridge - $135
    Colorado Springs - $120
    Aspen - $300
    Crested Butte - $400

    Crested Butte - click here

    Morning Weddings +$100 per vendor
For weddings that require the vendor to leave their home before 7am, there is an additional $100 travel fee per vendor.

    Holiday Weddings +$100 per vendor
Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, and New Years Eve.

    Why Travel Fees?

Traveling to and from wedding sites, while dealing with traffic/weather, is a big part of the wedding vendorโ€™s job. Traditionally, some high-end Vendors set a very high base price and then say โ€œtravel is includedโ€. I think itโ€™s more fair to both the customer and the Vendor to accurately break up the service and travel costs for the sake of transparency.

Secondary Vendors

For the sake of transparency:
People hire me to coordinate the Primary Vendors above!
Helping with the Secondary Vendors below is a very small part of my work.
I proudly offer some general guides and recommendations for all these Secondary Vendors, but I donโ€™t offer personalized assistance, or coordination, for these elements.

My Secondary Vendor guides only cover: Denver, Boulder, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, and Estes Park.

  • I canโ€™t get the license on your behalf, but donโ€™t worry!
    Colorado makes it super easy!

Iโ€™ll provide a detailed guide to make it as simple as possible. Youโ€™ll pay $35 to the state when you pick it up.

  • Iโ€™ll provide some recommendations for the top bakeries, but often traditional/custom wedding cakes are unnecessarily big/expensive for micro-weddings. Iโ€™ll also provide some Whole Foods suggestions that are simple, tasty, budget-friendly, and great for photos!

    Tiny Cake for 4 People - $15
    Single-Tier round for 10 People - $35ish
    Sheet Cake for 24 People - $60ish
    Two-Tier for 30 People - $175ish
    Cupcakes - $3/per

  • If your ceremony site allows chairs, and you have more than ten guests, I definitely recommend this service!

$5ish per chair if you pickup and setup
$400 - $๐Ÿ–00ish if you want them setup for you

  • For small weddings many of couples donโ€™t have music, but if your location allows it, a simple Bluetooth speaker works great for pre/post ceremony music!

I do not recommend live musicians, they are expensive, and often times have stipulations about not playing when itโ€™s hot/cold/wet/windy which can create concerns for outdoor weddings.

  • Simply put: 90% of my couples donโ€™t decorate, and itโ€™s not my area of expertise!

    But!

Iโ€™ll provide some recommendations for local decor/rental companies. Pricing varies wildly based on what you need, so Iโ€™m not able to estimate.

  • I have a great list of restaurant recommendations!
But for the sake of transparencyโ€ฆ
Finding a "Micro-Wedding Restaurant" is actually the same as finding a normal restaurant!

Itโ€™s honestly as simple as searching Google Maps (etc.) for your favorite cuisine, then browsing reviews/photos to find something that fits your style!

While Iโ€™m happy to provide general guidance, for those couples looking for more โ€œTravel Agentโ€ style personalized assistance I work with a planner who offers "Restaurant & Lodging Assistance" for $75.

  • Most of our groups opt for a local restaurant after the ceremony, this is almost always the most budget friendly and easiest!

But if you are doing your reception at a rental home or event space, I offer some great recommendations for catering, take-out, and private chefs!

  • I have some great guides for hotels and rental homes!
But for the sake of transparencyโ€ฆ
    Itโ€™s really pretty simple!
1 - Pull up AirBnb or Google Maps
    2 - Add your budget/dates
3 - Pick your favorite spot!

While Iโ€™m happy to provide general guidance, for those couples looking for more โ€œTravel Agentโ€ style personalized assistance I work with a planner who offers "Restaurant & Lodging Assistance" for $75.

    House Wedding!?
Rental homes that can host the ceremony/reception are hard to find and expensive!
Most rental homes these days have strict โ€œno eventโ€ policies, and rarely allow you to have people onsite who are not staying at the rental home. I know very few options for this, but if you find a spot you like Iโ€™m happy to coordinate the Vendors!

Bigger Groups & Traditional Receptions

Less than 35 people with a restaurant-style โ€œreceptionโ€.
My services are the perfect fit for groups of less than 35 who are looking to find a nice site to have a simple wedding ceremony, followed by a casual restaurant-style โ€œReceptionโ€.
I can help you find the Ceremony Site, and coordinate the Primary Vendors!
Thatโ€™s really all there is to it :)

More than 25 people who are having a more traditional reception.
(Basically if you arenโ€™t doing a restaurant-style reception)
If you are looking to have a larger group, and/or are trying to plan a reception that has more of the traditional elements, decorations, DJ, Dancefloor, cake cutting, speeches, etc.
I can help you find the Venue, and coordinate the Primary Vendors!
But youโ€™ll also need to hire a professional โ€œDay-ofโ€ Coordinator to help organize the reception and be onsite for the entirety of the event.
My Coordinator is $2,000 + Travel, but you can also find one on your own!
(If my photographer/videographer are going to be onsite for the reception, a DOC is required)

FAQs

  • When I started officiating weddings on Craigslist 7 years ago, I had a simple idea: help couples create affordable weddings.

Since then, my services as an elopement company have grown in almost every way, but Iโ€™ve always kept things simple. I built my own website, I do my own marketing, and I answer my own phone. As a corporate-free one man team, Iโ€™m able to keep my expenses down, which means I can also keep my prices down.

Additionally, my Vendors and I are a close knit team. My services make their lives easier, and in exchange they offer my couples discount packages :)

And while I pride myself on having the best prices in the state, this is a not a โ€œbudgetโ€ service in terms of quality. I know all the best locations, I only work with the best vendors, and my planning services are unrivaled in terms of speed, simplicity, and efficiency.

  • I pride myself on having the lowest prices in the state for elopement/micro-wedding packages. If you find anyone offering a service within 25% of my cost, please let me know :)

With that being said - there are โ€œcheaperโ€ ways to elope, and Iโ€™ll be the first to tell you, hiring a planner is not required. Couples can simply walk into the County Clerk, fill out some paperwork, and be marriedโ€ฆ for a total price of $35.

  • No, all of the Vendors I coordinate (Photographer, Officiant, Stylist, Florist, and Videographer) are not employees, or subcontractors. These Vendors operate as their own businesses, but have agreed to offer my couples specific packages/pricing.

This gives my Vendors creative freedom over their craft, and the opportunity to grow as their own business.

This also provides my couples full pricing transparency in terms of exactly what each Vendor is being paid (compared to subcontractor Vendors, in which case the planner takes 100% of the payment, and itโ€™s not clear what percent goes to each vendor).
